The word yoga is derived from the Sanskrit word 'yuj' which means 'to unite'. It also means 'to direct' 'to concentrate' (to mind and thoughts.)

Trikonasana : It helps in improving the breathing as it becomes rhythmic and deep in this forward bending and twisting pose


Marjarasana : A simple cat pose which brings the heart rate down and become rhythmic and soft . It also improves blood circulation in the body .


Bhujangasana :Bhujangasana stretches and opens up the chest region thereby invigorating the heart . It also helps in opening of the back muscles.


Setubandhasana :Also called as the bridge pose helps to improve the breathing capacity also stretches the spine and the chest and also improves blood circulation


Gomukhasana :Also known as the cow face posture. It helps to stretch the arms, triceps, shoulders and opens the chest. This asana has a positive effect on the respiratory system.
